Digital Files

  • How can I download my files? Click the link in your order confirmation email, or log into your account here to download files at any time.
  • Where is my order confirmation email? If you don’t see your order confirmation email in your inbox, check your spam folder. If it is in the spam folder, mark us as a safe sender to prevent this from happening in the future.
  • My order confirmation email isn’t in my inbox or spam folder, and I can’t log in. How can I access my files? This may be the result of an incorrectly typed email address at checkout. Please contact us here, and we will be able to fix it!
  • How many times can I download a file? Downloads are unlimited, but please do not share the PDF with someone who has not purchased the pattern. That’s stealing!
  • How long does it take for my downloads to be ready? Files are ready pretty much instantly! Our website automatically generates file permissions and grants access immediately, once payment is completely processed.

Physical Goods

  • Where do you ship?  Currently, our website is only automated for shipments within the USA.  International shipping is cost prohibitive for our products.
  • How will my order be shipped?  We ship exclusively through the USPS.
  • How long does shipping take?  Shipping time for most items is usually 6 business days or less, but this is not a guarantee. Books ship via Media Mail, which can take up to 9 business days.
  • Where’s my tracking number?  Patterns and stickers ship via First Class Letter, which does not offer tracking.  Enamel pins ship First Class Package and books ship Media Mail, which both have tracking numbers.  These can be found in the “My Account” section of our website.
  • How much is shipping? Paper patterns and our book ship free within the USA. Stickers are a flat rate of $0.50, and Enamel Pins are a flat rate of $3.50.
  • How much is shipping for digital PDF files? There is no shipping cost for our digital PDF patterns!
  • How quickly do you ship? Orders are typically processed within two business days. Occasionally, we will take a couple of extra days during a big sale. There will be a storewide notice if shipping is suspended for any reason (typically only when we’re out of town).
  • Note: We cannot be responsible for a package once it leaves our hands.  We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect address.  Make sure to enter your address correctly at checkout to avoid undelivered or returned mail.  However, please contact us if you haven’t received your package within 2 weeks of shipment.
