Pillar Quilt

We’re very excited to share that our Pillar Quilt is included in the Stripes Issue of Curated Quilts Magazine. Curated Quilts is a quarterly publication that features all the best of modern quilting, with each issue following a certain theme. We have had two mini quilts, Peaks and Geode, featured in past issues.

The Stripes Issue has almost 100 pages of modern quilt inspiration and patterns. We are honored to have our pattern included!

Pillar makes use of striped fabrics in an exciting way. We used Tula Pink’s tent stripe fabrics in various colors, but you could use any striped fabric that you have. The large sections would also make a great spot for focal fabric that loses the design when cut into small pieces.

For the quilting on this quilt, we used a large figure-8 design. The curves compliment the straight lines of the quilt quite nicely.
